Cinnamon Apple Spiced Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 apple, peeled and cored
Handful of raw oats
150g yoghurt
1 tbsp almond butter
120ml almond milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

METHOD

Add ingredients to your Personal Blender, starting with the apple
Blend until smooth

TIPS

You can use shop bought almond milk, or if you have a Soyabella, use this for an even fresher, tastier smoothie!
